Curious by nature. Disciplined by habit. I feel better now than I did at 30, and it took some work to get here. I take care of myself, show up ready, take direction. I'm here to learn the craft and do the work — not to be the loudest on set.

Years in corporate. Years in the gym. Years figuring out who I am on my own terms. What I bring to a set is what I've built — composure, presence, and a body I've kept honest through 40.
